Dejan Stefanovic(Central Defence)
|Dejan joined the Hawks in October 2010 and is an ex-Serbia international who made 125 appearances during a five-year spell with Portsmouth at Fratton Park. The defender made his English league debut in 1995 for Sheffield Wednesday and retired from the professional game at the end of the 2009/10 season after a series of knee injuries.
Dejan made 72 appearances for Wednesday before joining Dutch side Vitesse Arnhem. He arrived at Portsmouth under Harry Redknapp’s reign in 2003, after Pompey had won promotion to the Premier League.
He then moved to Fulham in a £1m deal, but failed to make an impression at Craven Cottage, starting just 13 league games. Norwich City swooped for his services and he joined them in 2008, but was dogged by injury and left by mutual consent a year later.
