The Official website could do with some major improvements, updates on players comings and goings are well out of date. Some players may have moved on but not really sure, its all guess work or hearsay. The updates on various players injuries could do with updating. A more readable and professional website is needed if we are going to be the next big team on the south coast. Any thoughts? We need to get it right before we reach the Football League.COYH

I would guess that the club's advert for further investment, plus Bradder's saying that they are going to go full-time next season, is linked to this issue. A really good website costs money and needs pretty well full-time work maintaining it. The closest we've got to that at the moment is the twitter account.
So if we get the investment that is being asked for, then we might see a more "professional" website.

Rather than obsess about being "professional", I'd rather we focused on doing things really well. The 2 are NOT the same.

With even more respect ( ), a website with regular updates and detailed, well written (and edited) articles does cost money - the higher up the pyramid you go the more full-time PR employees a club will have to employ. The website itself may be a small cost, it's the maintenance and input that's a big cost.
We are lucky that currently Henry, and previously Matt etc., have all been what is effectively enthusiastic volunteers. If the club wants a slick website that compares to the best ones in this division, then that is going to cost money in employing someone.
